Mohamed Salah vacation in Hurghada city- Egypt “Mo Salah”
Mohamed Salah “Mo Salah” published a few pictures about his vacation on Instagram after finishing the premier league season 2018/2019 and after winning the champions league with his team Liverpool.
Those pictures makes a lot of people asking about the places he had spent his vacation in, so we are now going to tell you more about his vacation and this city Hurghada where he was enjoying his vacation and the best places to go there in trips and some info about the city.
Mohamed Salah “Mo Salah” sea trip:
Mohamed Salah took some photos in Giftun island were he was seen enjoying his time there, Giftun island is known for its crystal clear water and sandy beach, and its the home for thousands of sea creatures and birds specially the seagulls, its also known for its amazing diving spots.
The sea trip was to Giftun al Kubra (The big Giftun) its an island near to Hurghada coast about 45-60 minutes by boat from Hurghada shores.
Giftun island is uninhabited and used as day trip destination, it contains a public beach without any facilities built on it, were the most trips go and also contains a privately owned areas we will describe below:
• Paradise island: located on the Giftun island but it contains a shaded areas and restaurant and other facilities on it.
• Orange Bay: located on the Giftun island but far from the previous areas and its known for its amazing sea view.
• Mahmya island: were Mo Salah had spent his Giftun sea trip there and its known for its amazing sea view and quality service.
Mohamed Salah “Mo Salah” visit to El Gouna:
Mohamed Salah has been staying in El Gouna while his visit to Hurghada, El Gouna is a privately owned luxury hotels town, with a lot of activities to do there like sea trips, parasailing, skiing, and desert safari.
El Gouna is the first destination in Africa and Arab region to receive the global green award in 2014 sponsored by the United Nations environment program.
Its located 25 kilometers north of Hurghada city, its only four hours flight from most of Europe’s capital.
Mo Salah took a luxury yacht and went for some near islands to El Gouna to enjoy snorkeling one of the islands is called Bayudah, were he enjoyed the sunny weather and the sea view, he also enjoyed the view of the coral reefs near the island as he was making snorkeling there.
The coral reefs area near Bayudah island extends for 5 km, and its the home for amazing marine life, its also a very small island compared to Giftun island.
There is an area near El Gouna which is the home for a lot of dolphins its called the Dolphin House and there is a daily trips to that area from both El Gouna and Hurghada’s marinas.

Hurghada city was founded in the early 20th century, Hurghada is known for its water sports activities, nightlife and warm weather.
Hurghada has a subtropical desert climate with mid-warm winters and hot to very hot summers.
Hurghada city stretches for about 36 kilometers (22 mi) along the seashore, Today Hurghada counts more than 248,000 inhabitants.

Some info about El Gouna
A privately owned luxury hotel town, about 25 km north of Hurghada. Quiet and clean, the town consists of several islands separated by channels and connected by bridges. Besides 14 hotels and 3 marinas, there are also 2200 private villas and apartments, while many more are under construction. It is promoted by some as Egypt’s Venice It is built on 10 km of beachfront and has unique and diverse architecture.
